1.负责各类风味凉菜的制作；
2.严格遵守食品卫生安全法规和餐厅的卫生管理制度，确保凉菜制作过程的卫生和安全；
3.指导厨房的助手、包括厨房主管、副手、厨师、和管事；
4.与客人交流时有礼貌，以热情、专业的态度为客户提供优质的凉菜和服务。
1.3年厨师工作经历，包括1年的管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景；
2.具备良好的职业道德和职业操守，对工作认真负责，注重细节；
3.具备团队管理能力和协调沟通技巧。
