Cluster Sales Trainee (Internship) - Six Senses Rome, Milan, Ibiza (based in Milan)

Duties and Responsibilities 

As Sales Trainee, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: 

• Conduct site inspection and tours for travel agents/DMCs/journalist, supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager. 
• Be completely familiar with all the resort inventory including special advantages, amenities and special features of each room as well as all guest and public facilities. 
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. 
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. 

Qualifications

To execute the position of Sales Trainee, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent in a Hospitality or Business Management. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have social media channel management experience. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and some knowledge of the local language and customs.
• Fluent in Italian and English; I understand that additional languages are preferred. 

• Eligible to work in Italy (only EU work permit)
