Cluster IT Specialist - InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi

InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a Cluster IT Specialist to support our hotels’ technology infrastructure and ensure seamless IT operations across our properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Maintain and support the IT systems, networks, and software across multiple properties.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement IT solutions, updates, and upgrades aligned with organizational standards.
• Assist in ensuring data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with hotel management and staff to optimize technology usage.
• Provide training and technical support to staff as needed.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and hotel IT solutions is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
