Hiring Salary: EUR 28,000.00 - 30,000.00 YEARLY

As the Cluster Groups & Events Executive for Six Senses Milan and Rome (based in Milan), you will be a vital connector between our guests and group experiences. This role requires eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of organization to ensure every inquiry is handled with care, from first contact to signed agreement and seamless handover.

Your mission is to manage all inbound group inquiries across the three properties, ensuring high conversion, smooth coordination, and exceptional service throughout. With a blend of strategic thinking and genuine warmth, you will support revenue goals while helping create meaningful moments that reflect the Six Senses philosophy.

You will work closely with the Cluster Director of Groups & Events, Cluster Director of Sales, on-site property teams to ensure a cohesive and thoughtful approach to event sales across the cluster.

1. Lead Management & Conversion

Respond to and manage all group leads for Milan, Rome, and Ibiza, guiding each inquiry from initial request to confirmed status.

Ensure timely, brand-aligned proposals and maintain an active, organized sales pipeline.

Negotiate terms, build proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure each event is properly scoped and positioned for success.

Oversee the contract process until signature, before handing over to on-property teams for execution.

2. Collaboration & Coordination

Work in close partnership with on-site teams, ensuring flawless communication and event understanding post-sale.

Actively participate in internal calls, site inspections, and sales presentations when required.

Support cross-selling opportunities between properties, especially Ibiza and the Italian cluster.

Maintain an ongoing dialogue with other departments and property teams to align business goals and forecast accuracy.

3. Client Experience & Relationship Building

Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the planning phase.

Understand and anticipate client needs, proposing thoughtful solutions aligned with the Six Senses experience.

Provide continuity of service, ensuring each client feels understood, supported, and excited about their event.

4. Logistics & Reporting

Coordinate logistical elements of group events, from venue details to AV, catering, and transport in collaboration with on-site teams.

Keep group and MICE databases up to date, and manage reporting and tracking tools with accuracy.

Support the execution of tools like Delphi, Opera, and Microsoft Office in day-to-day operations.

Qualification

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proven expertise and experience in a similar capacity within luxury hospitality, fashion, beauty, design or related industries. 

Key qualifications include:

  • 3–5 years of experience in group/event sales, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (Spanish or other languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Opera, Delphi, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of the luxury guest journey and Six Senses values.
  • A collaborative and detail-oriented mindset.
  • EU work permit or EU citizenship required.
