Set on Sanur’s pristine beachfront just 25 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, the resort offers 120 luxurious suites and villas, each with exceptional privacy and space. With lush tropical gardens, world-class facilities, and a reputation for warm Balinese hospitality, this role is ideal for a visionary leader ready to elevate both resorts into top-tier destinations in Southeast Bali.
 

Your day-to-day:

• Leads the commercial and operational activities of the hotel.
   
• Manages recruitment, leadership, and motivation of skilled team, while prioritizing upskilling and performance management.
   
• Leads strategic initiatives for enhancing commercial performance with the enterprise systems.
   
• Emphasizes guest relations and external partnerships with clients, officials, industry representatives, suppliers, and communities.
   
• Drive F&B revenue to achieve ROI.

What we need from you:

• Experienced Cluster General Manager with a strong background in luxury hospitality, particularly with knowledge of InterContinental and Holiday Inn brands.
• Highly proven commercial effectiveness capability and understanding of the enterprise systems.
   
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture, business practices, and regulations.
   
• Good understanding of global travel markets of Australia, Europe, China and Middle-East.
   
• Fluency in English & working knowledge of Bahasa will be preferred.
