Reports to: Commercial Director -IHG Jordan
 
 We are looking for an experienced Cluster Director of Sales - Corporate to lead and oversee the sales strategies across multiple prestigious properties, including Crowne Plaza Amman, InterContinental Aqaba, Crowne Plaza Dead Sea, Holiday Inn Dead Sea, and Crowne Plaza Petra. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader who can manage a diverse portfolio while optimizing corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and implement corporate sales strategies across all cluster properties to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Identify and target new corporate clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
Collaborate with the Area Commercial Director to align property-specific sales initiatives with overall business goals.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key corporate accounts.
Oversee contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.
Drive group bookings and corporate event sales across cluster properties.
 
Qualifications & Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales.
Proven track record of managing corporate accounts and delivering revenue growth.
Experience in a multi-property or cluster role is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel between properties and manage a diverse portfolio.
Deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and sales strategies.
