We are looking for a Beverage Manager to join our team at Hotel Indigo & Holiday Inn Resort Bintan.

As Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all beverage operations across outlets, bars, and events, ensuring an engaging guest experience while delivering strong financial performance. You will drive beverage quality, consistency, cost control, and innovation in line with IHG brand standards.

You will lead, train, and inspire the beverage team, manage inventory and supplier relationships, ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, and collaborate closely with Culinary and Operations teams to support overall business objectives.

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage daily beverage operations across all outlets and events
• Ensure high standards of service, quality, and brand compliance
• Control beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing
• Lead, train, and develop the beverage team
• Drive beverage promotions, menus, and guest engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal requirements
