We aim to provide memorable experiences for our club lounge guests. To achieve this, we seek a Club Lounge Supervisor who will spare no effort in pursuing guest satisfaction as the cornerstone of our operations. 

 
A little taste of your day-to-day:

 
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Building guest relationships through a swift, professional and highly personal service
● Collating and sharing expert local knowledge of events, places of interests and restaurants
● Resolving guest issues and using their feedback to improve guest satisfaction
● Delegating duties to your team while also setting exceptional standards
● Ensuring every guest enjoys discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentiality 
 
What We need from you:

 
● Communication and customer service skills
● Hands-on experience with brewing equipment 
● Knowledge of various hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production 
● Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
● Possess the ability to work under pressure
● Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
● Passion for coffee and coffee artistry
● A High School diploma / qualification. College and university degree would be a bonus
● At least four years‘experience in an upscale hotel / equivalent environment as a Concierge or related discipline
● Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N2 or higher required
● At least one years’ supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
