We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Club Lounge Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality standards of customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Club InterContinental Lounge, ensuring that each guest has a remarkable and personalized experience. 

Your Day to Day 

As the Club Lounge Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Club Lounge. Key responsibilities include: 

FINANCIAL RETURNS 

Monitor the budget and control labor costs and expenses, focusing on rate strategy, building initiatives, and inventory management. 

Prepare daily financial reports and manage overall financial operations for the Club Lounge. 

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through up-selling and enhancing guest experiences. 

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT 

Manage the day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and set performance and development goals for team members. 

Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to ensure high standards of performance and resolve any conflicts. 

Educate and train team members on compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and operational procedures. 

Ensure all team members are properly trained in systems, security, cash handling procedures, and service standards. 

GUEST EXPERIENCE 

Ensure that Club Lounge team members provide guests with prompt, professional, and personalized service. 

Greet guests upon arrival and engage with them to ensure satisfaction throughout their stay. 

Respond to guest complaints promptly and effectively, using feedback to drive improvements in guest satisfaction. 

Ensure Club Lounge product and service standards are met consistently by coordinating with the Food and Beverage Manager for seamless service delivery. 

Conduct routine inspections of the Club Lounge and surrounding areas to identify any deficiencies and take immediate corrective actions. 

Assist with Groups, Corporate Meetings, Leisure, and Incentive guests by ensuring their needs are met efficiently during their stay, particularly at check-in and check-out. 

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS 

Check billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy (PCI) and ensure all transactions are handled securely. 

Train team members on PBX procedures and serve as the central point of communication during emergency or crisis situations. 

What We Need From You 

The ideal candidate for this position should possess: 

A relevant qualification in Hotel Management or a related field. 

At least two years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity. 

A proactive approach to leadership with a passion for providing exceptional service. 

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. 

Knowledge of Opera or similar hotel management systems is highly regarded. 

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-pressure environments. 

Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.

主な業務内容 

クラブラウンジマネージャーとして、クラブラウンジの円滑な運営を確保するため、以下の業務を担当します。 

財務管理 

予算を監視し、労働コストと経費を管理。料金戦略、施策の実行、および在庫管理に焦点を当てる。 

日々の財務報告書の作成。 

収益を増加させるための戦略を立案し、アップセルを通じて収益向上を図る。 

人員管理 

日々のスタッフの必要人数を管理し、業務の割り当て、パフォーマンス・開発目標の設定を行う。 

スタッフへのメンタリング、コーチング、定期的なフィードバックを提供し、パフォーマンスの向上と問題解決をサポートする。 

地元法規、安全規則に従った教育・訓練を実施し、スタッフが必要なツールや設備を使用して業務を遂行できるよう支援する。 

システム、セキュリティ、現金処理手順、およびサービス基準についてスタッフが適切に訓練されることを確認する。 

ゲスト体験の向上 

クラブラウンジのスタッフが、ゲストに迅速でプロフェッショナル、かつパーソナライズされたサービスを提供できるよう指導する。 

ゲストの到着時に挨拶をし、効果的に交流し、滞在中も適切にサポートする。 

ゲストからの苦情やフィードバックには迅速かつ効果的に対応し、改善策を講じることでゲスト満足度の向上を図る。 

クラブラウンジの製品・サービス基準が常に満たされるよう確認し、フード＆ビバレッジマネージャーと連携して、サービスが期待通りに提供されるよう調整する。 

クラブラウンジやその周辺エリアを定期的に点検し、不備があれば即座に対応する。 

グループ、企業会議、レジャー、インセンティブ旅行のゲストが滞在中に必要なサポートを提供し、チェックインおよびチェックアウトを効率的に行う。 

責任あるビジネス運営 

請求指示やゲストのクレジットをチェックし、ホテルのクレジットポリシー（PCI）に準拠していることを確認し、すべての取引が安全に処理されるようにする。 

スタッフへのPBX手順の訓練を実施し、緊急時や危機的な状況における中心的なコミュニケーション担当者としても機能する。

ホテルマネジメントまたは関連分野での適切な資格。 

同規模のホテルで2年以上のスーパーバイザー経験を有する方（優遇）。

シフト勤務、週末、祝日勤務の対応が可能。 

Operaなどのホテル管理システムの知識があると尚良し。
