We're looking for a skilled and experienced Chinese Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Hotel Indigo & Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach. As a key member of our kitchen, you'll assist our Master Chef in preparing delicious and authentic Chinese dishes, managing daily kitchen operations, and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with menu planning and development
2. Prepare and cook Chinese dishes to high standards
3. Manage and maintain kitchen stations
4. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
5. Ensure quality control and consistency in food preparation
Requirements
1. Experience in Chinese cuisine
2. Strong culinary skills and knowledge
