维护客户关系，拓展客源，协助制定营销方案；处置客诉，协调厨务优化菜品，管控运营成本
3年及以上高星级酒店中餐厅管理经验，精通中餐服务及包厢接待；
具备良好客维及营销意识，敏锐的美食市场触觉，具体有突出的餐饮市场营销策略；
热爱餐饮、了解新的美食趋势
