参与菜品研发、菜单制定，督导各岗位规范操作；
管控食材损耗、成本核算，落实卫生及食品安全要求；
负责员工培训、排班，协助处置突发问题，配合前厅保障用餐
4年及以上高星级酒店中餐厨房管理经验，精通中餐烹饪流程；
具备现场管控、团队协作能力，责任心强，厨房筹备经验优先
