We're seeking an experienced and skilled Chinese Master Chef to lead our culinary team in Hotel Indigo & Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach. As a master of Chinese cuisine, you'll be responsible for creating delicious and authentic dishes, managing kitchen operations, and mentoring staff. Responsibilities:

- Lead our culinary team in preparing authentic Chinese dishes
- Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
- Mentor and train junior staff members

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Master Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
