Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily stewarding operations and maintain cleanliness across all kitchen and service areas.
Ensure proper cleaning, handling, and storage of kitchen equipment and utensils.
Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Train and schedule the stewarding team to support smooth operations.
Monitor stewarding supplies and control costs effectively.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous stewarding experience in a hotel environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
