若干大专或高级职业培训经历及6年大厦维修和/或建造的综合经验，或同等的教育和经历，其中2年担任值班工程师或以上职位。在水管、电气、机械和木工任何一个领域拥有专业的技术专长。拥有酒店经验者优先。持有法律可能要求的职业证书和许可证。
