全面负责礼宾部运营，牵头开业筹备、团队搭建、服务流程制定、物资配备及开荒；
制定礼宾服务标准，督导员工规范执行；负责礼宾团队招聘、培训、考核及日常管理，培育高端服务意识；
管控礼宾部成本、车辆调度及物资管理，联动内外资源提供个性化服务；
处置礼宾类客诉，维护高端宾客关系；
配合前厅部完成VIP接待、大型活动保障，复盘优化服务流程
2年及以上高星级酒店礼宾管理经验，持有国际金钥匙组织授权认证礼宾司；
熟知高端礼宾服务体系，具备丰富VIP接待及客维经验；
沟通表达流畅，英语口语流利；
具备团队管理与服务创新意识，做事细致，国际品牌酒店礼宾经验优先
