Chief Concierge – European

Someone who leads with confidence and charm, and who can create memorable guest experiences through personalized service and thoughtful recommendations. A European nationality is preferred to support the brand’s positioning and diverse guest expectations.
A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Leading the Concierge team to deliver exceptional, personalized guest service that exceeds expectations.
Providing guests with accurate information about local attractions, transportation, restaurants, shopping, cultural activities, and travel arrangements.
Coordinating with Front Office, Bell Desk, Valet, and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
Managing guest requests, VIP arrivals, special arrangements, and ensuring proper follow-up for complete satisfaction.
Ensuring strong relationships with external partners—tour operators, transportation companies, restaurants, and service providers.
Supervising the management of luggage services, transportation bookings, deliveries, and airport assistance.
Training, coaching, and developing the Concierge and Bell teams to uphold luxury service standards.
Handling guest complaints professionally and efficiently, turning challenges into positive experiences.
Monitoring department performance, service flow, and ensuring compliance with IHG brand standards.
Overseeing inventory, equipment, and Concierge Desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
What we need from youHigh school diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of Concierge experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel, including supervisory experience.
Strong familiarity with local attractions, culture, events, shopping, and dining options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and respond quickly to guest needs.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a high-performing service team.
Must speak fluent English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
European nationality preferred for this role.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
