1. 负责公司财务核算体系的建立与完善，确保会计信息真实、准确、完整。
2. 组织实施日常会计核算、成本控制、财务报告编制及税务申报工作。
3. 主导年度预算编制与执行分析，提供财务数据支持和决策建议。
4. 监督资金运作情况，保障资金安全，提升资金使用效率。
5. 配合内外部审计工作，确保公司财务活动符合相关法律法规及内部管理制度要求。
6. 指导和培训财务团队成员，提升整体专业水平和工作效率。
1. 大专及以上学历，财务、会计、审计等相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上财务管理工作经验，有企业总账或主管会计岗位经验者优先。
3. 熟悉国家财经法规、会计准则及相关税收政策，具备良好的职业操守。
4. 熟练掌握财务软件及办公软件操作，具备较强的数据分析能力。
5. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心强，能够独立处理复杂财务事务。
