Your Role
As Chef de Partie – All Day Dining, you will take ownership of a specific section within the All Day Dining kitchen, ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency meet IHG and Crowne Plaza brand standards. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to provide memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes for All Day Dining outlets according to menu and brand standards
Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation across all dishes
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in your section
Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff
Monitor inventory, assist with stock rotation, and contribute to cost control initiatives
Collaborate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations and timely service
Support pre-opening activities such as kitchen setup, menu trials, and SOP implementation
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in All Day Dining or hotel kitchens
Strong culinary knowledge, technical skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results
Team player with good communication and organizational skills
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Proficiency in Bangla and basic English preferred
