As IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its strategic expansion in Qatar, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to take charge of kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Supervise and manage daily kitchen operations .
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices in line with HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain performance and teamwork.
- Control food costs, minimize waste, and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What we need from you
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel or high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Culinary or hospitality qualifications will be an advantage.
