The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk cooking, a preference for local cuisine with the ability to support mixed menus, and the capability to supervise junior kitchen staff while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and efficiency.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Prepare and cook daily staff meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner) as per the approved menu.

• Assist in planning balanced and cost-effective cafeteria menus.

• Suggest menu improvements with a focus on local cuisine and seasonal ingredients.

• Responsible for the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure adherence to kitchen standards, discipline, and productivity.

What We need from you:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in hotels or resorts.

• Strong knowledge of local cuisine with ability to support mixed menus.

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred).

• Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure.

• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
