岗位职责
1. 在主厨缺席时进行交接班说明，确保了解酒店的活动和运营要求。
2.按照规范和包装指导说明计划，准备并切分，订购和存储食材。
3. 保持工作区和设备的整洁和卫生。
4. 协助上级领导完成分配的烹调工作。
5. 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
岗位要求
1. 中专及以上文化程度，或相关专业毕业。
2. 熟悉饮食的工作规范和要求，掌握相关操作技术的质量要求。
3.能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作。
4.2年厨师工作经历或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
