Chef De Cuisine - Chinese Cuisine

As our new Chef De Cuisine – Chinese Cuisine, you will lead the kitchen in delivering authentic, high-quality Chinese culinary experiences. From crafting signature dishes, you’ll ensure every plate reflects excellence, creativity, and consistency.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of skilled chefs and kitchen professionals 
• Designing and executing authentic Chinese menus, ensuring innovation while maintaining traditional flavors and techniques 
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen operations 
• Managing kitchen operations including inventory control, cost management, and supplier coordination 
• Collaborating with the Food & Beverage and Events teams to deliver exceptional dining and banquet experiences 
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations 
• Monitoring guest feedback and continuously improving culinary offerings 
• Driving consistency across all Chinese cuisine outlets and special events 

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional qualification  
• 8+ years of experience in Chinese cuisine, with at least 2 years in a leadership role 
• Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties 
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a diverse team 
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills 
• Must speak the local language 
• Required certifications or permits as per local government regulations
