【岗位职责】
1、全面负责Char牛扒房及Char Bar的日常运营管理工作，确保餐厅高效有序运转
2、制定并执行餐厅运营标准和服务流程，持续提升服务质量和顾客满意度
3、负责餐厅人员排班、培训及团队建设，打造专业高效的服务团队
4、监控餐厅成本控制，包括食材采购、库存管理及损耗控制
5、分析经营数据，制定销售策略，完成既定的营收和利润目标
6、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，维护餐厅品牌形象
7、与厨房团队紧密配合，确保菜品出品质量及食品安全标准
8、定期进行市场调研，提出菜单更新及营销活动建议
【岗位要求】
1、具备高端西餐厅或牛排馆管理经验，熟悉Fine Dining服务流程
2、出色的团队管理能力，能有效激励和培养服务团队
3、精通餐厅成本控制方法，具备优秀的经营分析能力
4、卓越的客户服务意识，能妥善处理各类客诉问题
5、具备较强的抗压能力，能适应高强度工作环境及倒班工作
6、良好的中英文沟通能力，能与外籍顾客及管理团队顺畅交流
7、对牛排及红酒有专业认知、米其林或黑珍珠餐厅荣誉工作经验者优先考虑
