About the Roles

These roles offer flexibility and variety, with opportunities to work across hotel dining, events, and daily operations. You will be part of a professional and collaborative team delivering high-quality food and service in a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities (role dependent)

• Deliver high standards of service and professionalism
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
• Support chefs and supervisors during service periods
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role (hotel or fine-dining experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Relevant food safety knowledge required
