As our new Banquet Captain Waiter, you’ll take the lead in creating seamless and memorable dining experiences for every guest — from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate banquets. A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day brings something new, but you’ll mostly be:

● Coordinating with the F&B Operations Manager, Kitchen, and Events teams to deliver flawless functions
● Ensuring food and beverage service standards are consistently met and exceeded
● Providing guests with warm, attentive, and personalized service at all times
● Setting up banquet rooms according to event orders, ensuring accuracy in layout and presentation
● Handling on-the-spot event challenges with professionalism and quick thinking
● Training and guiding new banquet team members to uphold brand service standards

What we need from you:

● At least 2–3 years of experience in banquet service or a similar hospitality role
● Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate a team in a dynamic environment
● Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
● Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and event-heavy days
● Knowledge of banquet setup standards and service procedures
● Must speak local language
● Certifications or permits required by local government agencies
