Breakfast Supervisor – Kimpton BEM Budapest
Kimpton BEM Budapest, the city’s newest five-star lifestyle hotel, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Breakfast Supervisor to join our award-ready R&B team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily breakfast service, ensuring smooth operation and outstanding guest experience
• Lead, motivate, and support the breakfast team, ensuring standards are consistently met
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to manage guest flow and expectations
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the restaurant
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and set-up for breakfast service
• Support ongoing staff training and adherence to brand standards
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or high-end restaurant environment
• Passion for guest service and attention to detail
• Ability to work early shifts and weekends
• Fluent in English; Hungarian is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
