We are seeking a experienced Brand Director to help drive our Upper Luxury portfolio, an individual who can craft compelling brand narratives, inspire operational excellence and elevate guest experiences across a global stage.

The Opportunity
As Brand Director for Upper Luxury, you will be acustodian of brand excellence, balancing strategic foresight with operational expertise.
You will define how our brands are experienced, ensuring every touchpoint reflects sophistication, relevance and emotional connection, while adapting seamlessly to local market nuances.
What You Will Do
Champion brand excellence acting as a global voice and guardian of luxury standards across our portfolio
Shape the future designing and evolving our brand architecture and strategic direction over a 3–5 year horizon
Elevate the guest experience ensuring brand delivery is exceptional, nuanced, and locally relevant at every hotel
Unlock insight-led growth interpreting consumer behaviour, market trends, and brand performance data to inform innovation
Drive commercial impact identifying opportunities to enhance perception, value, and demand across markets
Lead with influence partnering across functions to deliver meaningful brand advancements and operational improvements
Inspire creativity and performance fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and forward-thinking team culture
Support growth ambitions contributing to development and high-profile global presentations
Who You Are
You are a luxury brand expert with a deep understanding of guest experience, someone who blends analytical rigour with creative instinct and you'll bring:
Proven experience in global brand or product leadership, ideally within luxury or premium multi-brand environments
A refined understanding of luxury brand positioning, storytelling, and guest experience design
Strong capability in interpreting data and market signals to uncover subtle insights and opportunities
Experience navigating complex, matrixed organisations, with resilience and agility
Exceptional communication skills, with the presence to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
A natural ability to inspire teams, balancing creative thinking with operational delivery
High emotional intelligence, with a collaborative and energising style
