全面负责酒水板块运营，牵头筹备、酒单制定、采购及库存管控；
搭建酒水团队，开展专业培训，提升服务水平；
管控酒水成本、库存及损耗，优化酒单、研发特色饮品；
管控各区域服务质量，维护设备及吧台环境；
配合营销活动提升销量，处置酒水相关客诉
5年及以上高星级酒店酒水/酒吧管理经验，精通酒水知识、调酒技能及成本管控；
具备良好审美与服务意识，沟通能力强，高端酒水管理经验优先
