Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, tenants, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor the entry and exit of people and vehicles
  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises by identifying and addressing any security threats and issues
  • Provide assistance to visitors, and guests as needed
  • Report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities
  • Ensure that all fire safety protocols are followed
  • Keep the premises clean and tidy

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service-related role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a background check

The salary range for this role is $17.65-$23.54 USD hourly. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City, NY. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
