Overview:

The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting with their luggage, offering directions, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role requires a welcoming attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure.

• Assist with luggage handling, including loading and unloading.

• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation of the hotel and room amenities.

• Offer information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.

• Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to meet guest needs and requests.

• Maintain the lobby area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driving license and clean driving record are also needed.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.

• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
