3. 保证酒吧一切设施设备处于良好的状态，玻璃器皿干净整洁，

5.遵守法律规定和地方酒精饮品条例。
6.监测影响客人总体体验的各方面工作。
7.遵循存货管理程序。
8.正确处理客人的投诉。
9.承担相关的职责和安排的特别项目。
10.具有酒类品牌，啤酒，香槟，非酒精饮料，专用玻璃器皿，准备方法和装饰品知识者优先考虑。
