Job Description

 

We create memorable experiences for our guests and are looking for a Bar Waitress who is passionate about delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate should be friendly, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment while maintaining high hospitality standards.

 

In this role, you will ensure guests enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience by providing prompt, professional, and personalized service.

 

A Glimpse into Your Role as a Bar Waitress, you will:

 

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and serve beverages when required, following bar standards

• Ensure guests have a pleasant experience by anticipating their needs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas

• Coordinate with bar staff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow

• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally

• Assist in promoting and upselling beverages and special offers when appropriate

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or related field is an advantage (or relevant experience in F&B service)

• Experience in 5-star luxury hotels is highly preferred. Relevant experience in bar service, beverage handling, and guest-facing roles within hospitality will be considered.

• Good communication skills in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
WSET certification is beneficial or an added advantage but not mandatory

• Strong knowledge of wines and beverage service is required

• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail

• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
