Do you see yourself as Banquet Operations Manager at Regent Bali Canggu?

As a Banquet Operations Manager, you will support the Chief Concierge in overseeing the concierge department and delivering exceptional guest services. Your role involves managing a team of concierges, coordinating guest requests, and ensuring that all concierge services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your day to day 

• Assist in supervising and leading the banquet operations team.
• Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure the team delivers excellent service during events.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of all banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.
• Coordinate with chefs, servers, and other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
• Handle any complex or high-profile guest requests during events, including special dietary needs, seating arrangements, or custom requests.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Assist in training new banquet staff and provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistently high service levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development within the banquet team.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve event operations, including efficiency, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all banquet functions.
• Participate in sales calls with the sales team to help identify and secure new business opportunities for future banquet events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align event logistics and ensure expectations are met for both clients and internal teams.
