Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Director of Food and Beverage or his/her delegate, and within the limits of established IHG and local Hotel policies and procedures, ensures the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective colleague supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- In the absence of the Outlet Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure Hotel activities and outlet status are known.
- Endeavors to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow-ups.
- Deals with irregular payments.
- Controls stock and monitors Safety and Hygiene procedures.
- Assists with menu and wine list creations.
- Supervise functions.
- Supervises outlet services.
- Demonstrates understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
Education:
Degree in Hotel Management or a similar work experience.
Skills:
Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
