全面负责宴会厨房运营，牵头筹备、设备调试、团队搭建、菜单制定；
制定宴会菜品、出餐标准，保障品质与节奏；
管控食材成本、批量采购及损耗，统筹高峰期调度；
负责团队培训、考核，督导卫生及维保，配合宴会接待
4年及以上高星级酒店宴会厨房管理经验，精通批量餐食制作；
具备优秀现场调度、成本管控能力，抗压性强，大型宴会经验优先
