The Associate Manager, Loyalty Redemption is responsible for supporting the execution and daily operations of all IHG One Rewards redemption products across Hotel (Reward Nights) and Non-Hotel channels (merchandise catalogs, auction website, charity donations). This role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and can effectively partner with internal teams—including Marketing, PR, Analytics, and Partnerships—as well as external agencies and vendors. 

The ideal candidate will become a subject matter expert on all redemption options available to IHG One Rewards members, while developing comprehensive training materials, presentation decks, and communication tools for corporate, hotel, and member audiences. This individual must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, and comfortable analyzing performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that inform ongoing optimization efforts.

 

Your day to day  

  • Serve as the subject matter expert across all redemption products, including Hotel and Non-Hotel offerings 

  • Oversee daily campaign activity, manage Reward Night exceptions, auction assets, and member inquiries 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams to leverage data-driven insights for prioritization and strategic planning 

  • Monitor industry trends to identify innovative opportunities for positioning IHG as a leader in loyalty redemption 

What we need from you 

  • Experience: 2-3 years in Marketing, Agency or Consulting roles  

  • Vendor & Agency Management: Comfortable overseeing vendor and agency relationships to optimize performance and strategic partnerships. 

  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: able to lead presentations and influence outcomes across internal and external stakeholders.   

  • Time Management: Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Self-Motivated and Ambitious: Eagerness to find continual ways to improve processes, understand the competitive landscape and find ways to be more efficient, impactful and drive personal and professional success.  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required 

 

Location – Atlanta, GA; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. 

 

The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $70,000.00This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
