                                Role Purpose
The Associate Manager, Lifecycle Delivery role supports the successful execution and maintenance of the IHG One Rewards Lifecycle Marketing program by ensuring operational excellence across all touchpoints. The position is responsible for maintaining high-quality campaign delivery through rigorous QA, documentation, and issue resolution, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners. By owning the QA process and monitoring delivery accuracy, this role helps ensure Lifecycle messaging reaches the right members as intended. 
 
Key Accountabilities
- Developing a thorough understanding of IHG One Rewards Loyalty Marketing ecosystem
 - QAing and troubleshooting Loyalty Marketing touchpoints and campaigns pre-deployment across email, web, regional channels, etc. ensuring the right comms are delivering to the right members in the right channels with the right personalization across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely completion
 - Identify and drive resolution on identified defects in coordination with Campaign Manager
 - Maintaining documentation and change logs across Loyalty Marketing’s full-suite of “always on” touchpoints
 - Monitoring Daily Loyalty Marketing reports, alert the appropriate teams when anomalies are identified, and lead the resolution
 - Managing ongoing maintenance of Lifecycle offers
 - Working in collaboration with the Global Loyalty Marketing, Email, Content Ops, Data and agency teams
 - Attend weekly standup meetings and weekly touchpoints regarding assigned Loyalty Marketing projects
 - Support manager with other marketing initiatives, as required
 
Key Skills & Experiences
Education –
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Experience –
2 to 5 years progressive work related experience in corporate marketing environment with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position including experience with Marketing Operations or Visual QA.
Technical Skills and Knowledge –
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
 - Visual QA, UAT, or quality assurance experience strongly preferred
 - Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
 - Process-oriented with strong time management and organization skills
 - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
 - Ability to thrive in complex, nuanced environments
 - Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
 - Hospitality or loyalty experience a plus
