Your Day to Day
People
- Lead daily sales activities, plan and assign work, and ensure staffing is aligned with business needs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve performance goals while recognizing great results.
- Foster a collaborative culture across departments, building strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners.
Guest Experience
- Promote IHG Rewards Club and provide information on attractions, restaurants, and facilities to enhance guest stays.
- Support conventions, business groups, and special events by coordinating services across departments.
- Lead marketing initiatives to highlight hotel services and drive upsell opportunities.
Financial
- Deliver on sales and revenue goals across rooms, food & beverage, and banqueting.
- Support the development and execution of the hotel’s sales and marketing plans.
- Produce accurate forecasts, track market trends, and create initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and key market events to drive business opportunities.
Responsible Business
- Build strong community relationships and enhance the hotel’s brand reputation locally.
- Champion IHG’s sustainability initiatives to attract eco-conscious guests and partners.
- Work with agencies and vendors to ensure brand-consistent advertising and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of hotel sales & marketing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of local business trends.
- Fluency in the local language (additional languages a plus).
