Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and annual room revenue targets.

  • Identify and develop new corporate, travel agent, and local business accounts.

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships.

  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and hotel presentations.

  • Participate in rate negotiations and contract renewals.

2. Business Development

  • Prospect for new accounts through cold calls, networking, and referrals.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals and rate agreements.

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.

  • Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and RFPs.

  • Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when required.

  • Maintain accurate account records in CRM system.

4. Coordination & Internal Communication

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue team for smooth booking execution.

  • Share sales forecasts and group movements with operations team.

  • Ensure all bookings are in line with brand standards.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly sales reports and production analysis.

  • Maintain updated sales database and account tracking.

  • Assist in preparing sales action plans and budgets.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of hotel sales experience (preferably in branded hotels).

  • Strong knowledge of local corporate market.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
