Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and annual room revenue targets.
Identify and develop new corporate, travel agent, and local business accounts.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and hotel presentations.
Participate in rate negotiations and contract renewals.
2. Business Development
Prospect for new accounts through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Prepare and present sales proposals and rate agreements.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and RFPs.
Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when required.
Maintain accurate account records in CRM system.
4. Coordination & Internal Communication
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue team for smooth booking execution.
Share sales forecasts and group movements with operations team.
Ensure all bookings are in line with brand standards.
5. Reporting & Administration
Prepare weekly sales reports and production analysis.
Maintain updated sales database and account tracking.
Assist in preparing sales action plans and budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of hotel sales experience (preferably in branded hotels).
Strong knowledge of local corporate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
