Your day to day 

 

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and maximize market share.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, utilizing insights to inform sales strategies.
 
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our services and facilities.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while adhering to company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with promotional efforts and seamless service delivery.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the sales budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve financial targets.
