Your Day to Day
As Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll assist in managing the venue to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. You will lead and inspire a team of restaurant and bar professionals to be the best they can be and are focused on delivering a supreme dining experience for guests. You'll also ensure compliance with all health, safety, or other requirements.
Must hold VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
