We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets and contribute to delivering True Hospitality every day.

The Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service at all times.

  • Support in leading, coaching, and motivating the team to maintain high performance and engagement levels.

  • Ensure brand standards, service procedures, and quality guidelines are consistently followed.

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by handling feedback, special requests, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Support revenue growth initiatives by identifying upselling opportunities and contributing ideas to enhance sales performance.

  • Assist in preparing weekly rosters, monitoring labor costs, and supporting payroll processes in line with budget.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the outlet.

  • Collaborate with the wider F&B team to create synergy across outlets and optimize resources.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant or hotel environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and operations.

  • Familiarity with restaurant management systems (e.g., POS systems, reservation platforms such as OpenTable).

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
