As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team, ensuring consistently high standards across service, wine knowledge and guest experience. This is a full-time, salaried position with leadership responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with service leadership in a premium dining environment

Deliver genuine, attentive guest experiences with a focus on wine and beverage excellence

Support wine sales through confident recommendations and product knowledge

Help manage rostering, service flow and operational tasks

Ensure compliance with service standards, WHS and responsible service of alcohol

Coach and develop front-of-house team members

We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar assistant manager or supervisory role

Strong background in fine dining

Demonstrated wine knowledge and wine sales experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Organised, guest-focused, and calm during busy service periods

Availability for a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
