Key Responsibilities
 
1. Marketing & Brand Management
      •     Develop and execute the annual marketing and communications plan in alignment with hotel goals and IHG brand guidelines.
      •     Coordinate promotional campaigns for rooms, F&B, and other hotel facilities to maximize revenue and visibility.
      •     Manage the production of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality control.
      •     Support the General Manager in strategic planning to position the hotel competitively within the market.
      •     Monitor market trends, competitors, and guest feedback to identify new marketing opportunities.
 
2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
      •     Manage hotel presence on digital channels, including website, OTAs, social media, and email marketing.
      •     Develop engaging digital content (posts, stories, videos, and blogs) that reflects brand personality and promotes guest engagement.
      •     Analyze campaign performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) and recommend improvements.
      •     Work with IHG regional digital teams to optimize visibility and ensure compliance with global digital standards.
 
3. Communications & Public Relations
      •     Develop and maintain media relationships with local and regional outlets, influencers, and travel partners.
      •     Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and newsletters.
      •     Coordinate press visits, interviews, and media events in coordination with the General Manager.
      •     Support internal communications to ensure team awareness of key promotions, achievements, and initiatives.
 
4. Collaboration & Business Support
      •     Partner with Sales, F&B, HR, and Revenue teams to align communication strategies with departmental targets.
      •     Assist in developing guest loyalty initiatives and community engagement programs.
      •     Support the organization of hotel events and sponsorships to enhance visibility in the local market.
      •     Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for the General Manager and corporate office.
 
5. Budget & Administration
      •     Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and reporting ROI for all campaigns.
      •     Source and coordinate with external agencies, designers, and printers when required.
      •     Ensure all communication materials comply with IHG brand identity and legal requirements.
 
 
Qualifications & Requirements
      •     Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
      •     Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in marketing or communications, preferably within an international hotel brand.
      •     Skills:
      •     Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Arabic preferred).
      •     Strong digital marketing, social media, and content creation expertise.
      •     Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
      •     Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
      •     Solid understanding of hospitality market trends and brand positioning.
