1. Financial Operations

  • Oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue streams

2. Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Assist in generating MIS reports and variance analysis
  • Support management with financial insights for decision-making

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Track budget performance and highlight deviations
  • Recommend cost-control measures and efficiency improvements

4. Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions

5. Internal Controls

  • Implement and monitor financial controls to safeguard assets
  • Identify risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and financial procedures

6. Team Support & Coordination

  • Supervise and guide junior finance staff
  • Collaborate with other departments for financial accuracy (Front Office, F&B, Procurement, etc.)
  • Assist in training and development of team members

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA Finance preferred)
  • 4–7 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
