We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Laundry Manager to join the pre-opening team of Crowne Plaza Resort Petra. In this role, you will assist in setting up and managing all aspects of the laundry operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in hotel laundry operations with management or supervisory exposure.
Ability to support planning, staffing, and scheduling for smooth operations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills for operational and team issues.
Knowledge of laundry systems, chemical usage, linen inventory control, and quality standards.
Basic English and basic computer skills for reporting, recordkeeping, and coordination with other departments.
