You make guests feel welcome by always warmly greeting them and engaging guests through meaningful interaction, while also knowing when to be discreet.
You personalize interactions within the service process, aiming to make each child visit Regent Kids as memorable and unique as possible.
Oversees the service standards in all activity’s areas ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations
Adhere to the established programs and duty timetable to ensure that they are carried out as planned.
Create suitable schedule of activity in resort for Regent Kids
Welcome kids on their arrival.
Bid farewell to all kids on their departure.
Ensure that activity programs and equipment are running and are used properly, operation, maintenance and cleanliness of all areas are in the absence of supervisor and staff.
Be responsible for all staff on duty and ensuring that all staff are properly working and follow resort standard
Directs and controls all subordinate associates to ensure that day to day operational matters is handled on time and guest expectations are met
Provide guidance and assistance to all staff, helping them in the execution of their responsibilities and helping them to set their own goals and objectives
