We’re searching for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our housekeeping team in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supporting the daily operations of the housekeeping department and supervising team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
● Assisting in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, linen, and back-of-house spaces to the highest cleanliness and brand standards
● Monitoring housekeeping supplies, amenities, and equipment to ensure operational readiness and cost control
● Conducting room inspections and ensuring all areas consistently meet IHG quality and safety standards
● Coordinating closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
● Training, motivating, and supporting housekeeping colleagues while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
● Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and departmental administrative tasks as required

What We need from you:

● Diploma, vocational training, or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or a related field preferred
● Minimum 4–6 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment, including supervisory experience
● Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and guest service standards
● Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
● Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
● Familiarity with hotel systems and housekeeping management practices preferred
● Knowledge of workplace hygiene, health, and safety standards as required by local regulations
