·Responsible for providing a taxi and limousine service for the guests and visitors of Raffles Shenzhen

·Responsible for the ongoing communication of pertinent information using the logbook provided to other shifts.

·To ensure that you as the Welcome Ambassador at Raffles Shenzhen have a comprehensive knowledge of the Shenzhen, and what is happening within the city at all times, and to ensure that all guest inquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solutions.
